SHIPPING POLICY

At Rekindle Farm, every product is lovingly made by hand in small batches on our off-grid homestead in East Hawaii. Because of the care that goes into crafting each item—and due to our remote island location—please allow 2 to 3 weeksfor your order to be processed and delivered.

We aim to ship as quickly as possible, but factors like weather, limited shipping access, and production time can occasionally add a few days. We deeply appreciate your patience and support for slow, intentional goods.

Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Most packages are sent via USPS, and shipping times may vary depending on your location and time of year.

If you have a special timing request (like a gift deadline), feel free to contact us before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive the item and ensure it’s in good condition, we’ll issue a refund (excluding original shipping costs).

Please note: Due to the nature of our handcrafted herbal products, we cannot accept returns on used items, opened goods, or custom formulations.
