  2. Downward Dog: A classic yoga pose that stretches the back and strengthens the legs. Have your child start on hands and knees, then lift their hips towards the sky, forming an inverted "V."

  3. Cat-Cow Pose: A gentle way to warm up the spine. Begin on hands and knees, arching the back for "cat" and then lowering the belly for "cow."

  4. Cobra Pose: This pose strengthens the back and opens the chest. Have your child lie on their stomach and press their palms into the ground, lifting their chest and shoulders.

Yoga Games

  1. Yoga Freeze Dance: Play some fun music and dance with your child. When the music stops, everyone must hold a yoga pose.

  2. Animal Yoga: Name different animals, and have your child come up with yoga poses that resemble them. This game encourages creativity and imagination.
